How to redeem your Gift Certificate
1. Check the Schedule
Bookings on our platform are created on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check availability first.
We recommend you make a plan at least 3 days in advance. Select the location, bay, and time according to your Gift Certificate.
2. Request for the redemption of Gift Certificate*
Redemption is not automatic.
Please provide your redemption request to the form below.

3. Receive confirmation email
Upon receiving your request, our staff will make the booking for you, and you will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
