Our golf indoor center is open 24 hours a day. The booking schedule is available 7 days in advance. Booking last minute is also allowed.
You are required to complete payment at the time of your booking. We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Once your booking has been placed, you will receive two emails: (1) a booking confirmation email and (2) an entry access key email.
Sometimes the Access Entry email may be filtered into junk/spam by mistake of search engine, especially Yahoo Mail, or Rogers... please check all those folders.

There is no public access to any of your personal details. Only you will be able to view your own booking information.
Please follow the below instructions to ensure your cancellation request is processed. All cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the booking. No refunds are permitted after this time. In the event of a no-show, there will be no refunds.

Upon proper cancellation, you will get full refund.
We do not offer the option to change or reschedule bookings, so please carefully check your booking details before submitting.
In case if you need to change it anyway, please send us a cancellation request of your old booking and place a new one, if it is still within the allowed cancellation period.

You can use your Digital Access Key unlimited in-and-out times during your booked time. It will be activated 15 minutes prior to your booking, and stop 15 minutes after your booking ends. You will need your phone with your digital access key with you at all times to unlock the door.
Yes, you can re-enter the facility within 15 minutes after your booking ends. After this time passes, please contact us.
NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING are allowed inside the facility. However, snack and soft drinks are permitted. Please be respectful of the space and other players - keep all the food and drinks away from the hitting area and control desk. Put waste in trash bin, keep the SGreen Bay clean in same condition you found it in!
Maximum of 4 guests per SGreenBay. This includes anyone playing, coaching, and spectating. Any group exceeding capacity limits will have their booking cancelled without refund.
You should allocate between 45 minutes to 1 hour per person.
The length of time to finish a round varies, depending on: your style of play, concede distance, amount of mulligans, etc.
You must bring your own clubs.
Soon, we will have some second-hand clubs provided for free use. Just put them back on the rack after your session.
No, there are our balls at each of our bays for everyone to use. Please do not take them home. And do not use your balls since they may be mixed with ours into auto tee-up machine's tray, which is located under the floor, and you might lose them, or at least waste time to collect them back.
No need to bring your tees also, as we have auto tee-up machine installed in each bay.
We equip a support PBX phonesystem in each SGreenBay. Just pick up the phone handset and we are there for you.
