Booking – how do I do it?

Please confirm the number of players. Bring your own golf clubs, as we allow maximum of 4 players per bay and do not provide rental clubs.Click the BOOK NOW button, then you can make your booking with our booking platform.

How soon can I make a booking?

Our golf indoor center is open 24 hours a day. The booking schedule is available 7 days in advance. Booking last minute is also allowed.

When and how do I make a payment?

You are required to complete your payment at the time of your booking. We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What to do if I haven’t received an email with Door Unlock button?

Once your booking has been placed, you will receive an emails with Web App button, which eventually allows you to enter the facility.

Sometimes that email may be filtered into junk/spam by mistake of search engines, please check all those folders.

If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Is my booking information visible to others?

There is no public access to any of your personal details. Only you will be able to view your own booking information.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking from your end, via our Web App. You are allow to make 5 cancellations each month.

Our Cancellation Policy:

– Over 24h notice -> receive full refund
– Less than 24h notice but more than 3h -> receive full credit
– Less than 3h notice -> no refund/credit

Am I able to make changes to my booking?

You can delay, reschedule, extend, or cancel your booking.

How to access the facility?

How long is my Door Unlock button valid for?

You can use your Unlock Button for unlimited in-and-out times during your booked time. It will be activated 10 minutes before your booking, and stop 10 minutes after your booking ends.

You will need your phone with your Unlock Button with you at all times to unlock the door.

Can I re-enter the facility for forgotten items after my booking ends?

Yes, you can re-enter the facility within 10 minutes after your booking ends. After this time passes, please contact us..

What to do if I haven’t received an email with Unlock button?

Are food and beverages allowed?

NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING are allowed inside the facility. However, snacks and soft drinks are permitted. Please be respectful of the space and other players – keep all the food and drinks away from the hitting area and control desk. Put waste in the trash bin and keep the SGreenBay clean in the same condition you found it in! Messing up the bay may cost you a fine of $50!

How many people are allowed to play in a bay?

Maximum of 4 guests per SGreenBay. This includes anyone playing, coaching, and spectating. Any group exceeding capacity limits will have their booking canceled without a refund.

How long does it take to play 18 holes?

You should allocate between 45 minutes to 1 hour per person.

The length of time to finish a round varies, depending on: your style of play, concede distance, amount of mulligans, etc.

Are there rental clubs?

You must bring your own clubs.

Do I have to bring my own balls and tees?

No, there are our balls at each of our bays for everyone to use. Please do not take them home. Do not use your balls since they may be mixed with ours into the auto tee-up machine’s tray, which is located under the floor, and you might lose them, or at least waste time to collect them back.

No need to bring your tees either, as we have the auto tee-up machine installed in each bay.

Who do I contact if I encounter technical issues?

We equip a support PBX phone system in each SGreenBay. Just pick up the phone handset and we are there for you.

Please be advised that our technical team is available to provide remote support only from 8 am to 12 am.

What are your support hours?

Our technical team, who you can call from the desk phone from each bay. is available every day from 8 am to 12 am.

Out of the above time, you still can always reach us on your phone by dialing (647)805-2298; or by Chatbot from our website.

What if I have an issue with another guest?

As per facility rules, every guest is required to be respectful of each other. We have 24/7 video monitoring and alarm system throughout the facility for your safety and security
