How to redeem your Gift Certificate
1. Check the Schedule
Bookings on our platform are created on first come first served basic. Please check availability first.
We recommend you make a plan at least 3 days in advance. Select location, bay and time in according with your Gift Certificate.
2. Request for redemption of Gift Ceritificate*
Redemption is not automatic.
Please provide your request to redeem onto the below form.

3. Receive confirmation email
Upon receiving your request, our staff will make the booking for you, and you will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
